Getting Started

EduArc is an AI-powered platform that helps educators transform their teaching materials (PDFs, notes, documents) into interactive websites, presentations, study guides, and assignments.
EduArc is free during the beta period. You receive 50 credits per month to create content. One credit roughly equals one AI interaction (creating or modifying content). We’ll announce pricing before the beta ends.
No! EduArc is designed for educators, not developers. You simply upload your materials and chat with the AI in plain language. No coding or technical knowledge required.
You can create:
  • Course Websites: Interactive sites with navigation, quizzes, and flashcards
  • Study Guides: Printable PDFs with definitions, examples, and practice problems
  • Assignments: Homework, tests, and exams with mark schemes
  • Presentations: Lecture slides with speaker notes

Creating Content

EduArc accepts:
  • PDF documents
  • Word documents (DOCX)
  • PowerPoint presentations (PPTX)
All images in your documents are automatically preserved and understood by the AI!
Initial creation:
  • Simple projects: 3-5 minutes
  • More complex materials: 5-10 minutes
Modifications: Time varies depending on task complexity. Simple changes take seconds, while major restructuring may take a few minutes. The AI does most of the work—you just guide it through chat.
Yes! Simply tell the AI what changes you want. For example:
  • “Add more examples to section 2”
  • “Make the introduction shorter”
  • “Change the heading from X to Y”
Just tell it! The AI can correct errors, rewrite sections, or make adjustments. Say things like:
  • “The formula in section 3 is wrong—it should be…”
  • “Rewrite this paragraph to be clearer”
  • “That’s not quite right, try again with…”

Publishing and Sharing

  • Websites: Publish to get a URL (yourproject.eduarc.page) that students can visit
  • Slides: Same as websites—publish to get a shareable URL or export as PDF
  • PDFs: Download and share via email, LMS, or print
Students don’t need EduArc accounts to view published content.
No. Published content is read-only. Students can view and interact with it (take quizzes, use flashcards) but cannot modify it.
  • Drafts: Only you can see unpublished content
  • Published websites: Anyone with the URL can view (URLs are random and not searchable)
  • Downloaded PDFs: Only people you share with can access
We don’t share your content or use it to train AI models.
Yes. Open your project, click the menu, and select “Unpublish.” The URL will stop working, but your content is preserved and can be republished anytime.

Features and Tools

EduArc includes 22,000+ exam questions from IGCSE, A-Level, STEP, and math competitions. Ask the AI to find and add questions to your content:
  • “Find 5 IGCSE physics questions about momentum”
  • “Add A-Level integration questions to the practice section”
See the Questions Database guide for details.
Yes! Ask the AI to add molecular structures:
  • “Add the molecular structure of caffeine”
  • “Show the glucose molecule with labels”
See the Chemistry Tools guide for details.
Hub (hub.eduarc.ai) is our free library of 50+ interactive educational visualizations. Browse tools for math, physics, and chemistry, and embed them in your content. See the Hub guide.
Yes! All output types support full LaTeX mathematical notation. The AI can create equations, formulas, and mathematical expressions.

Account and Credits

Each AI interaction uses credits. You receive 50 credits per month during beta. Creating a project typically uses 10-30 credits depending on complexity. Viewing and downloading don’t use credits.
You can still view and download existing projects. New creation will wait until your credits refresh at the start of the next month. During beta, contact us if you need more credits.
Yes. Contact us at support@eduarc.ai or through our Discord to request account deletion. Your content will be permanently removed.
